Students from the Hebron University marched through the city protesting against the Israeli violence in Gaza. They lifted banners and slogans calling on the world to break the silence and call for an end to the tragedy in Gaza. When student reached Bab Az-Zawiya, it transformed into clashes with Israeli soldiers. Some demonstrators threw stones and soldiers responded with shooting teargas and opening fire. 9 students were injures.
